The Nucleus Link Roaster is a portable sample roaster designed for small-batch roasting with precision, consistency and control.

With a 50–100g batch capacity, Link allows you to roast and assess coffee wherever you are, whether you are profiling new samples, preparing for cupping, or exploring a coffee’s potential in more detail. Through the Link App and LINK Studio software, you can choose from a wide range of profiles, monitor your roast in real time, and customise your approach based on variety, process and density.

No. Link is designed to support both new and experienced roasters. You can choose from a wide range of existing profiles through the Link App or LINK Studio, then customise your approach as you become more familiar with the roasting process.
