FREEZE DATE 21-23 days after roast
Freeze Distill Milk Distill light milk by 50% as per the 'cooler box method'. Blend concentrate 30% into full cream milk and add 80-90g to each single shot of espresso. Note quantities may vary depending on brand of milk and quality of extraction.
