          | Brew Parameters | Dose 20g in a V60 and add 300g of water in 5 pours of 60g starting with a 60g bloom at 90 degrees C for 35 seconds, then add 4 more pours of 60g allowing the liquid to drain through to a drip before adding more water. For the last 3 pours focus the water on the middle of the bed to help flow rate. Total brew time 2:30-3:10 |
