Age Best Used	10-25 days after roast
Extraction Parameters	Add 300g of water to 20g ground coffee starting with a 35 second bloom of 60g at 88-90 degrees C followed by 4 more pours of 60g allowing the water to drain through each time. The brew should finish between 2:30-3 minutes
Best Freeze Date	10-13 days after roast
