How to get the best tasting cup

Age Best Used 7-14 days after roast
Brew Parameters Dose 20.7g in the basket to extract 38-41g in the cups in 25-30 seconds at 93.5 degrees C
Extra Variables Extract the first 12g of espresso extract over a frozen paragon chilling rock and into the cups. Freeze coffee down at 9-11 days after roast in containers with 40% headspace for 7 days before extracting.
Milk Guide For simple preparation add 110-115g of full cream Riverina Gold milk, but for the best results freeze a bottle of lactose free Riverina milk and defrost 50-60% of its weight, add this concentrate 15-20% into Riverina Blue milk and add 80g of this mixture to each espresso
