Dose 17g in the v60 and add 250g of water in 5 pours starting with a 40g bloom at 88-90 degrees C for 35 seconds then add 60g followed by 3 pours of 50g allowing the water to completely drain through before adding more water. Aim to finish brew between 2:00-2:30 |
