Brew Parameters Dose 20g in the v60 and add 300g of water in 5 pours starting with a 50g bloom at 88-90 degrees C for 35 seconds then add 70g followed by 3 pours of 60g allowing the water to completely drain through to a drip before adding more water. Aim to finish brew between 2:20-2:50
