This blend of Ethiopian and Panamanian coffee has been made specifically for milk coffees, highlighting purple and blue qualities such as violet and blueberry. The combination of natural and extended fermentation coffees highlights the darker fruit notes and chocolate, while the washed coffee provides vibrancy and floral notes.
