The Guji region of Ethiopia is filled with many wild coffee trees and small plantations surrounding villages and towns. Local farmers and growers cultivate small lots before combining them at various wasshing stations. Members of the Uraga Smallerholds Farmers combine their lots at the Uraga wet mill, where this lot was created using washed processing to highlight the floral notes and stonefruit qualities.
This honey processed lot from Uraga, Ethiopia has a lemon-like citrus quality, accompanied by an apricot sweetness and a finish similar to earl grey tea.
