The ‘La Tina’ lot is grown and produced by legendary coffee producer, Don Fabio on his farm ‘Mogola’ in the Marcala region of Honduras. Each of the lots on his farms is grown in harmony with the natural environment, using natural fertilisation and careful planting. Known for his impressive processing techniques and natural philosophy in the production of coffee, Don Fabio has selected this lot of washed catuai for its floral notes, juicy qualities and high quality acidity.
This filter coffee has a delicious caramel sweetness, which transitions into a chocolate quality and notes of orange as it cools.
