‘This carbonic maceration-processed coffee was produced at Muje Washing Station, formerly known as ZB Washing Station. Collaboration with our green bean partners, Project Origin has seen incredible developments in experimental processing at Muje during the last few years. This coffee is part of Project Origin’s ‘Jasper’ category of its CM Selections series.
The ‘T107’ lot has a powerful flavour profile that displays notes of blackberry, blueberry, chocolate, grape and has a hint of tropical sweetness.
Coffee beans are judged on a 100-point scoring system that assesses body, balance, uniformity, sweetness, clarity and acidity. Coffee scoring 80+ points is considered specialty coffee.
