Jamison Savage’s coffees are known across the world as some of the highest quality lots from Panama, with his exceptional carbonic maceration (CM) lots featuring in many world coffee competitions. The ‘Symmetry’ lot was created in collaboration with our green bean partner, Project Origin for their ‘CM Selections’ series and highlights the natural terroir of Jamison’s farm, Finca Deborah and has a profile of red fruits, florals and orange.
This exceptional, carbonic maceration processed geisha from Finca Deborah in Panama is characterised by notes of strawberry, blood orange and rose.
Coffee beans are judged on a 100-point scoring system that assesses body, balance, uniformity, sweetness, clarity and acidity. Coffee scoring 80+ points is considered specialty coffee.
