‘Savage Coffees’ is a new project by legendary coffee producer, Jamison Savage. By selecting lots from various farms across Boquete and Volcan, Panama, Jamison has produced several high quality micro lots which express the best characteristics of the geisha varietal. This limited release is a blend of three of these coffees, including two Carbonic Maceration processed and one natural processed coffee.
When prepared as a milk coffee, this limited release blend of Panama micro lots has a distinct sweetness similar to candied tropical fruit, accompanied by the texture and finish of chocolate mousse.

Coffee beans are judged on a 100-point scoring system that assesses body, balance, uniformity, sweetness, clarity and acidity. Coffee scoring 80+ points is considered specialty coffee.
