Producer Cristian Rodriguez renamed his farm ‘Tio Juan’ in loving memory of his brother Juan Alejandro Rodriguez Ulloa, who was killed by thieves when trying to stop them stealing coffee from the farm. This coffee is a reminder that we must protect and aid the lives of those who labour to provide an incredible product for us to enjoy.

This honey processed pache varietal has sweet notes of tropical fruit, accompanied by stonefruit qualities and a citrus acidity.
