This filter roasted blend has been designed to highlight red floral and fruit qualities, such as strawberry, raspberry and rose. This blend plays off the cleaner side of the carbonic maceration fermentation process, with gentler expression of red fruits than classic naturals. The natural florality of the Guji region of Ethiopia combines with this gentle expression to give you a rose-like aroma and taste
