‘This lot from Jose Casildo’s farm, ‘Rosa de Saron’ was discovered and purchased through the Project Origin ‘Best of Honduras: Late Harvest’ auction program. Grown at 1600masl in the northern department of Yoro, detailed processing has left this catuai with a clean and sweet flavour profile.

This filter coffee is clean and sweet, characterised by white floral notes, a delicate citrus acidity and a sweet red fruit quality similar to raspberry.
