This selection of mixed lots has been crafted by one of our roasters, Gage Osbourne. Each lot was selected as an expression of innovation in Nicaragua, with both experimental processing and innovative techniques for traditional processing across the three lots. The two Maracaturra lots provide a wonderful backbone for this filter, both in acidity and complex flavour profile, and the CM natural from Los Suyate creates a fantastic confectionary styled sweetness and intense aromatics. This blend makes for a truly unique filter experience of a highly underrated coffee producing country.
This hand selected filter blend is characterised by tropical sweetness, intense floral aromas and notes of yellow stonefruit that become more prominent as the brew cools.
