This special blend of Kenyan lots has been hand picked by one of our roasters, Sam Corra. For this selection, he chose to focus on coffees from the Thagieni mill in order to capture his desired expression of the perfect Kenyan espresso. The bulk of the blend is made up from a classic washed for its beautiful acidity and lovely sweet lime like citrus notes. The remaining part of the blend is made up from various small Carbonic Macerated lots, which brings a unique confectionary styled sweetness to the profile expressed as a blackcurrant note.

This hand picked selection of Kenyan lots has a confectionary style sweetness, accompanied by a citrus acidity and a deep, rich note of blackcurrant that improves as the espresso cools.
