Alvaro Perdomo’s geisha is grown in a 25 hectare farm in the municipality of Acevedo, in the department of Huila. Dark red cherries are harvested between September and November, before traditional pulping, double fermentation and parabolic drying for 8 to 10 days.

This washed geisha is sweet and rounded, with notes of nectarine, butterscotch and red apple accompanying a floral aroma.
