Striped bourbon is a wild mutation of the bourbon varietal, which exhibits yellow stripes on the red cherries and has varied maturation periods. Producer Cesar Morales picks the cherries and leaves them overnight, before depulping and dry fermenting. This coffee is exclusively sold through our green bean partner, Project Origin.

This unique coffee has an interesting flavour profile, with a chrysanthemum floral note carrying throughout the palate. Notes of peach and honey provide a delicious sweetness, accompanied by a mandarin-like acidity.
