The grandfather of producer Ligia Ardon’s husband referred to green coffee as his ‘green gold’, or ‘Oro Verde’ – hence the name of the farm. Located in the coffee growing region of Santa Barbara in Honduras, this 2.8 hectare farm grows equal amounts of yellow catuai and IH90 varietals. This natural processed lot of Ligia’s yellow catuai is part of her 2019 harvest, which is typically harvested between January and July depending on the climate at the time.

This powerful, natural processed yellow catuai is dark and sweet, with tasting notes of plum, blackberry and cacao.
