Producer Pedro Erazo first began to grow vegetables and fruit with the help of a loan from the bank. After realising that the return from these crops weren’t enough to make a living and repay his loan, he began to slowly replant his farm with coffee in the hope of making a better income. His first coffee harvest was sold on the specialty market and has enabled him to come out of debt and provide for his family. He decided to name his farm El Milagrito, ‘the little miracle’.
Red apple acidity, apricot sweetness and sweet floral qualities are the main features of this washed pacas from Montecillos, Honduras.
