The remainner of the farm grows a variety of plants such as plums and avocados, while animals as armadillos, squirrels, agoutis and rabbits thrive in abundance. Notes of plum and black tea are the highlights of this washed parainema, which transitions into a caramel-like sweetness as it cools.
