Finca El Laurel covers around 12 hectares in El Paraiso, Honduras, the majority of which is coffee plantation. The remainer of the farm grows a variety of plants such as plums and avocados, while animals as armadillos, squirrels, agoutis and rabbits thrive in abundance. After winning the Cup of Excellence in 2017, producer Daniel Oscar Ramirez has continued to develop new processes and techniques that help to increase production and quality, without causing any harm to the environment.

Notes of plum and black tea are the highlights of this washed parainema, which transitions into a caramel-like sweetness as it cools.
