Mary Nery Marquez grows this natural catuai on her farm, ‘La Cueva’ in the renowned Marcala region of Honduras. Winning a 6th place award in both the 2015 and 2017 Cup of Excellence programs, Mary Nery and her sons operate La Cueva and three other farms using methods through collaboration with the Honduran Institute of Coffee (IHCAFE) and our green bean partners, Project Origin.
