WINTER WARMERS
Irish Coffee

MILK BASED BLEND

Our Head Roaster, Danny Wilson isn’t just great at roasting – he was also a finalist in the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championships! Part of our ‘Winter Warmer’s series, this blend has been designed for preparation as a milk-based coffee to recreate the rich and sweet flavours of an Irish Coffee. Think honeycomb, chocolate, dried fruits and Irish cream!

We recommend ageing this blend and drinking it 18+ days after the roast date. The Carbonic Maceration (CM) coffees in the blend need a bit longer than normal to really develop and intensify. Trust us!

If you’re keen to delve into the world of coffee cocktail, Danny has prepared a video (below) and written recipe for an Irish Coffee using … well, the ‘Irish Coffee’ blend! Share your cocktail creations with us by tagging #onacoffee
