SINGLE ORIGIN – FILTER

Nyeri country is traditionally known as the heart of Kenya and is home to many interesting and complex coffees. To create this washed coffee, the cherries are picked when red, wet pulped, wet fermented and then dried slowly over two to three weeks. The coffee is then delivered to the Sagana Coffee Mill where the peaberry cherries are separated.

The main feature of this coffee is a sweet and rich blackcurrant flavour, accompanied by a lime-like acidity and candy sweetness.
