‘This natural processed Pacamara varietal is grown by renowned El Salvadorian coffee producer, Mauricio Salaverría on his farm, Finca Himalaya. The farm is located on steep slopes in the Apaneca region and is sheltered from strong winds by large conifer trees.
This coffee is characterised by notes of red grape and dark plum, with a dark chocolate sweetness and finish as it cools.
