This honey-processed yellow caturra is grown on the slopes of the Apaneca mountain range in the North-West of El Salvador. Producer Mauricio Salaverria tracks every lot by harvest date and is driven by a desire to care for the local environment through sustainable practice.

A cola-like quality is accompanied by pear sweetness and deep, red notes of plum in this honey-processed espresso.
