This lot from Haru Suke in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is grown in the backyards and areas surrounding the homes of local farmers. Normally harvested between October and January, small lots harvested by these farmers are combined with others at washing stations before being depulped and dried on African beds under sunlight.

This natural processed heirloom is sweet and juicy! As it cools, notes of peach and red fruit transition into a marmalade sweetness.
