Pedro Erazo’s original plan was to grow vegetables on his farm to make a living for him and his family, but he soon realised that this kind of crop was not providing him with enough to make a living. He planted coffee in the hope that he could start to earn more, and his first coffee harvest was sold on the specialty market. Amazingly, he had the money to not only get out of debt but also to start giving his family a better way of living. He has continued to produce incredible coffee through collaboration with Project Origin, and has bought another three farms including Las Flores, where this honey processed pacas is produced.
Notes of mixed berries are accompanied by floral notes of rose and a honey like sweetness in this pacas varietal from Honduras.
