This natural processed coffee is grown in small lots in the backyards of farmers in the region of Kochere in Ethiopia. Cherries are harvested between October and January before being manually sorted, with only ripe cherries selected for this lot at Meteku washing station.

This natural processed heirloom coffee from Ethiopia is characterised by a passionfruit like sweetness, with notes of peach and chocolate in the aroma and aftertaste.
