This tasting flight of carbonic maceration-processed coffees displays our current favourites from Project Origin’s CM Selections series. Each coffee belongs to one of the CM Selections categories, and highlights the different ways in which carbonic maceration processing can influence flavour profiles and their expression.

Each of the four bags in this tasting flights contains 80g of coffee, roasted for filter preparation. This release will be available for a limited time only.

    Coffee beans are judged on a 100-point scoring system that assesses body, balance, uniformity, sweetness, clarity and acidity. Coffee scoring 80+ points is considered specialty coffee.
