SINGLE ORIGIN – ESPRESSO

‘This washed heirloom varietal is grown in Sidamo in Ethiopia’s south, located east of Yirgacheffe. The area is made up of twenty different zones known as woredas, each of which grows coffee in small lots before combining them at mills and washing stations. The Bulga lot is comprised of microlots grown deep within the Harenna Forest in the shadow of Ethiopia’s third highest peak, Mount Batu.

Vibrant citrus notes such as mandarin and orange are accompanied by a toffee sweetness in this washed process heirloom varietal.
