Luis Emilio Valladrez has been producing coffee since 1960, beginning with a small lot that was gifted to him by his grandmother. This washed maragogype varietal is selectively picked when the sugar content of the coffee cherries reach a specific level, before being washed, classified and dried using varying methods for up to 25 days.
As a filter coffee, this natural processed maragogype has tasting notes of grapefruit and orange, accmpanied by a caramel sweentess in the warm and cool stages of drinking.
