ESPRESSO Ethiopia Anderacha, Washed

SINGLE ORIGIN – ESPRESSO

Anderacha is located in south-west Ethiopia, in the Sheka Zone. Coffees are grown in small lots in farmers backyards and are often referred to as ‘garden coffees’. They are typically harvested between October and January, before being combined at washing stations, then dupulped and dry fermented. After rinsing and 10-15 days of drying, lots are combined and sold through the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX).

This Ethiopian coffee is delicate and beautiful, with white floral aroma and green tea notes supported by a mid-weight body. Nectarine notes are present in the aroma and finish.
