ONA Coffee is excited to announce that several of its team will be speaking at an event hosted by Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, in Sydney.
ONA Coffee Director and World Barista Champion 2015, Sasa Sestic, will share his findings from experiments with fermentation, present parts of the speech he gave at Re;Co at World of Coffee 2017 in Budapest and also discuss whole cherry carbonic maceration, a new process developed through collaboration with Sasa, Project Origin and Finca Deborah in Panama.
Current Australian Barista Champion and ONA Coffee Head Trainer, Hugh Kelly, will discuss the importance of distribution in preparation of espresso, and new findings on the relationship between water, roasting and the shapes of distribution tools. There will also be some blind espresso testing at the event.
World Brewers Cup 2017 Runner-Up and ONA Coffee Head Roaster, Sam Corra, will share his experience and techniques used in preparation for and during his performance at the World Brewers Cup 2017, in Budapest.
