COFFEE PROFILE

This coffee has brought a wonderful red fruited element to his citrus, lemongrass and bergamot dominate flavour profile we usually see from his Washed Geishas. We are loving this expression for its very pronounced and unique flavours and aromas. Don Fabio usually produces Washed Geishas at his farm, but asked Don Fabio to produce a Natural Geisha for the first time last harvest and the results were amazing as usual.
