COFFEE PROFILE

Yirgacheffe is located in the south of Ethiopia and it’s widely considered the birthplace of coffee. Idido is the name of the village where the cooperative’s centralised washing station is located, and from there the cooperative works with growers in eight surrounding kabeles (villages).
