SINGLE ORIGIN - ESPRESSO

Epiphanie Mukashyaka had little knowledge of coffee farming back in 2000. However, she decided to seek out knowledge on coffee production and quality control and in 2003 she created a sold proprietorship business entity, registered under the name Buffcoffee. Since then, she has produced excellent Washed coffees. This year, she produced one of the first Rwandan Natural process coffees that we know of. The results of drying in the cherry in Rwanda was beautiful grape and strawberry qualities making a really exciting Espresso.
