SINGLE ORIGIN - ESPRESSO

Alex Ponce decided to plant the Lempira varietal to combat the risk of ‘La Roya’ or leaf rust, in Agalta. The mountain where Los Golondrinas is located is very cool for coffee growing and is covered by clouds most of the time. However, to improve processing Alex needed to build his wet mill closer to his house in San Juancito, at a much lower attitude to be able to control processing in less extreme weather conditions.
